The Leader Assistant Community Rewards Program

Hey Leader Assistants!

I’m excited to announce The Leader Assistant Community Rewards Program – a new way to recognize and reward your contributions inside our community via Circle’s gamification features.

By engaging with fellow assistants in relevant ways, you can win rewards such as discounts to online courses, a LinkedIn shoutout, a coaching session, and a year of Premium Membership access.

How the Community Rewards Program Works

This program is designed to encourage productive conversations. There are nine levels (listed below), each with a distinct point requirement. You’ll be able to earn points for certain community engagement and level your way up!

  • You earn 1 point for every like you receive on a post or reply you create.

  • Other opportunities to earn points will be available periodically. Attending events will be a great way to earn rewards, for example. Or, you can even get 20 bonus points right now for introducing yourself here.

  • The more helpful, thoughtful, or inspiring your contributions are, the more you're rewarded.

  • Points start now! And the best part? They're calculated retroactively.

    • Any previous rewards outside of your current Level will be issued, but this will be a manual process so I need your help! Take a look at your profile to see what level you’re at, and if you’re due a reward, shoot me an email at jeremy@leaderassistant.com to let me know what I owe you, and I’ll take care of it!

  • You can view the current Leaderboard and your rewards status here. This is always in the top navigation bar in Circle now, too. Your next milestone might be closer than you think…

Levels + Badges + Rewards

👋 Level 1 - Newcomer (0 - 39 points)

Welcome to the community! We're glad you've found us. Introduce yourself here to earn 20 points!

👀 Level 2 - Observer (40-59 points)

Congrats on your first level-up! As a thanks for engaging with others in our community, we're rewarding you with 30% OFF any of our partner online courses!

⭐ Level 3 - Participant (60-99 points)

Who doesn’t love a gold star? You’re on the right track, so keep participating in helpful ways!

💬 Level 4 - Contributor (100-249 points)

You’re making valuable contributions to the community. To share our appreciation, you now have access to an exclusive bonus training resource – an audio course from Jeremy Burrows called 7 Keys to Reclaiming Your Time, Energy, and Productivity. Check your DMs for details.

🤝 Level 5 - Collaborator (250-449 points)

You get the “Collaborator” badge on your profile! Now when you post, people will quickly see you're someone who others view as an important source of knowledge, insight, as well as someone who values and welcomes the ideas of others – and is a super-connector.

🧗 Level 6 - Innovator (450-799 points)

We're always looking for innovative experts to share their knowledge to our community. You're now eligible to lead a future webinar, speak on a panel, or be part of an innovator spotlight via a different medium (social, email, etc).

📍 Level 7 - Guide (800-1,699 points)

Welcome to the "Guide" level and profile badge! You earn a shout out (and a tag) in a post on my LinkedIn where I recommend people connect with you to help you grow your network!

🚀 Level 8 - Trendsetter (1,700-2,999 points)

You got yourself a killer badge upgrade on your Circle profile, as well as a private one-on-one 25 minute coaching call to help you level up in your career journey.

🏆 Level 9 - Leader (3,000 or more points)

You truly are a LEADER in our community. As a huge thanks for all you do for the community, you get access to The Leader Assistant Premium Membership for 1 year (active subscribers get a year credited to their subscription), a free ticket to all in person and online Leader Assistant Live events for 1 year, and a personalized thank you post highlighting your contributions to the community.

  • How do I get points?
    Each Like you receive on a post or comment you create will award you 1 point.

  • Will I get points for all my past activity?
    Yes! All past Likes received have been automatically calculated into your score.

  • Wait, don’t you owe me a bunch of rewards?
    Maybe… ;-) Take a look at your profile to see what level you’re at, and if you’re due a reward, shoot me an email at jeremy@leaderassistant.com to let me know what I owe you, and I’ll take care of it!

  • How set in stone are the levels, point marks, and rewards?
    This program is meant to encourage helpful engagement from you and the rest of the Leader Assistant Community so we’ll always be looking for ways to improve the program. Please send me your feedback and ideas!
